Jeremy has been a part of the Rehab Connection team since 2003. He graduated Cum Laude and received his B.S. in Exercise Science from Ithaca College in 1998, before attaining his Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Thomas Jefferson University. Jeremy possesses a wealth of knowledge in orthopedics, sports medicine, and neuromuscular rehabilitation. He is a great asset to our company and we are confident you will enjoy working with him.

 Rehab Connection is very excited and proud to have their second Rehab Connection clinic located in Lumberton. Located at 205 Madison Avenue, one block from Burlington Memorial Hospital, the facility is fully equipped and run under the direction of Jeremy Sippel, MSPT.

Take I-295 N to Rt. 38E, exit 40A, towards Mt. Holly. Go 6 miles on Rt. 38 East. Take jughandle at Main Street to turn left onto Madison Ave. (towards hospital). 205 is on the right.
From the North:
Take I-295 S to CR-5415, exit 47A, towards Mt. Holly. Merge onto Burlington-Mt. Holly Rd., which becomes High St. Turn right onto Washington St. Turn left onto Madison Ave. 205 is on the left, past hospital. |
