Michele Warren PT, DPT, MHS
Owner
Michele graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She received her MHS in orthopedic Physical Therapy in 1994 from the University of Indianapolis. Michele has worked in both pediatric and orthopedic settings prior to opening Rehab Connection in 1993. In 2010, she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Michele is committed and passionate about helping others in a warm, inviting and personal environment. She prides herself on helping the communities in South Jersey that have been so welcoming to Rehab Connection over the years.
Amy Knecht PT, DPT, MHS
Owner
Amy completed her professional education at University of Florida in 1986 and went on to receive a Master of Health Science degree in PT from the University of Indianapolis in 1995. In December 2010, she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the EIM Institute. She has worked in a variety of settings, including acute care, hospital, private practice, home care, skilled nursing, and pediatrics. In 1993, she and Michele started Rehab Connection and together they have devoted their careers to creating a Physical Therapy practice that focuses on the community, the patients, and the employees.
Tom Bianco, DPT
Vice President of Operations and ClinicDirector of Cinnaminson Location
Tom Bianco, DPT is a physical therapist at Rehab Connection. A graduate of Cherry Hill High School West in 1992, Tom went on to play Division IA baseball at Temple University. There he earned Region 5 academic All-American honors and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology and Anthropology in 1996. Tom then went on to graduate from Temple University's department of Physical Therapy program in 1998 with a Master's degree and then returned to earn his doctorate in physical therapy in 2001. Tom is a loving father and husband and is dedicated to providing the highest level care to all patients.
Jeremy Sippel MSPT
Clinic Director, Lumberton
Jeremy has been a part of the Rehab Connection team since 2003. He graduated Cum Laude and received his B.S. in Exercise Science from Ithaca College in 1998, before attaining his Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Thomas Jefferson University. Jeremy possesses a wealth of knowledge in orthopedics, sports medicine, and neuromuscular rehabilitation.
Chris Carpino PT
Clinic Director, Barrington
Chris has been a member of the Rehab Connection team since 2007 and has worked his way to clinic manager. Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He then obtained his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Richard Stockton College in Pomona, New Jersey. His strengths include orthopedics, and manual therapy and he currently manages our Vestibular Rehab Program. In his spare time he is an adjunct instructor at Burlington County College where he teaches Anatomy and Physiology. Chris brings enthusiasm and expertise to our practice and we know you will be pleased with your results.
Lori Lombardo, PT
Director of Offsite Therapy Services
Lori Lombardo graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1988. She has experience in various settings, including acute care, workmen's compensation, orthopedics and rehab with specialty in spinal cord injury prior to coming to Rehab Connection in 1993. Lori started with the company shortly after the doors opened and has had the opportunity to work in all of Rehab Connection's settings. She is currently the Director of Off-site Therapy Services with a team of more than 15 Occupational and Physical Therapists providing School Based, Medical Day Care and Clinic based Therapy Services.
Stacey Wojculewski, MSPT
Cinnaminson and Cherry Hill
Stacey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Widener University in 2000 and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Widener in 2002. Prior to her employment at Rehab Connection, she worked as a PT in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Delaware for two years. She began with Rehab Connection in 2004 in the areas of pediatric therapy, outpatient and home care. She currently works in the Cinnaminson office.
Eileen Veit, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant, Barrington
Eileen graduated from Hahnemann University in 1994. Eileen has a special interest in Lymphedema and Breast Cancer Rehabilitation. She has worked in various settings throughout her career including Subacute and Skilled Nursing Facilities as well as Outpatient Orthopedics.
Roseann Clark, PT
Physical Therapist, Cherry Hill, Katz JCC
Roseann has been practicing Physical Therapy for just over 25 years. She was born and raised in Utica, NY and attended the State University at Buffalo, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1985. Roaseann's specialty is in Manual Therapy and Orthopedics. As an avid skier and cyclist, she brings her life experiences and competitive sports interests to the clinic.
Lisa Solovey, DPT
Physical Therapist, Barrington
Lisa grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ and graduated from Cherry Hill East High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University. She loves Philadelphia sports, was born in Lithuania and is fluent in Russian.
Kara Gargiulo, DPT
Physical Therapist, Lumberton
Kara joined the Rehab Connection staff in 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from LaSalle University in 2006 and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2009. Her interests and experience are in the areas of orthopedics, pediatric rehabilitation and aquatic therapy.
